Mr. Hart currently serves as Director for Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to becoming a Senior Advisor to Parallel, Mr. Hart served as Director within the Corporate Real Estate and Timber product group at Wells Fargo Securities (formerly Wachovia Securities) where his primary responsibilities included management and coordination of the execution, due diligence and documentation processes for asset purchase and financing transactions, including sale-leasebacks, net lease acquisitions, credit tenant lease financing, build-to-suit lease transactions, synthetic leases, and lease-backed loans. He also provided technical, analytical, and strategic planning support for the group's client marketing efforts and transaction structuring, and advisory services to corporate clients.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Mr. Hart played a key role in the development of legacy Wachovia's Corporate Real Estate Finance Group. Previously, he served as Director of Capital Markets for Atlanta-based Carter & Associates, LLC, a regional full-service commercial real estate company.

Mr. Hart holds a BS in psychology and an MBA, both from Florida State University.
