Mr. Sheero currently serves as Managing Director for Cantor Fitzgerald. Prior to becoming a Senior Advisor to Parallel, he served as Managing Director and Group Head of Wachovia/Wells Fargo Securities’ Corporate Real Estate and Timber (CRET) product group where he oversaw the origination, structuring, underwriting and financing of over $15 billion of single-tenant corporate real estate transactions for large corporate and institutional clients including asset-backed acquisition and recapitalization financing; advisory, structuring and principal execution of sale-leasebacks and net lease acquisitions, credit tenant loan placements, and synthetic leases; real estate backed loan transactions and bridge financing; qualified intermediary services for 1031 like-kind exchange structures for real estate and equipment; and timberland installment sales, principal investing, and financing.

Prior to joining CRET, Mr. Shreero founded and managed its predecessor group, legacy Wachovia’s Corporate Real Estate Finance group and served as Director of Capital Markets for Atlanta based real estate developer/advisor, Carter & Associates, LLC. 

Mr. Shreero holds both a BS in Finance and a BS in Multinational Business from Florida State University and an MS in Finance from Georgia State University.
